
General Principles, Contract
The main premise of our business is to stay close to the properties. In
order to do this we contract with the owners to perform one of the following key
services, that by nature demand regular site visits.
- property supervision (management of small properties only,
supervision under management for large commercial)
- site janitorial
- lawn and garden care
- snow removal, walks (we contract for plowing)
By having Schepers Property Maintenance perform the key contracts many the
following aspects of our service are included.
- small incidental tasks performed per minute with NO traveling time or

repaired the next day.

Last

materials.
Regular
attendance on site helps us recognize properties' needs. Incidents
reported by Email, task reports sent in seasonally and detailed billing all make
managements job easier.
